D

evon Clarke more affectionately known to his friends as Chubby was born in Kingston 12, Trench Town, Jamaica West Indies (same region where the career of the reggae legend Hon. Bob Marley started).  He was blessed with a voice that has a sound tight like a record, carrying on where the late Tenor Saw & Nitty Gritty left off.

Devon being a strong-minded person did not choose a life of crime but instead he decided to train his voice for singing. He began to use his musical lyrics, as a tool to get his message across near and far, his commitment was so strong he remembers his mother waking him from singing in his sleep.
