TRC AGREEMENT

By signing this agreement, I agree, confirm and understand that The Right Connection will display and market my professional abilities as a DJ. I agree that my contact details can be displayed. I also agree that The Right Connection is acting as a DJ agency and therefore I will be booked as a featured TRC DJ. I also agree to The Right Connection promoting me worldwide in any format that they deem fit in the context of a DJ Register, including print / DVD and CD ROM formats / internet and other electronic means.

I also understand that The Right Connection is an employment agency and that the as a TRC DJ, my talents will receive maximum promotions, help and guidance, ongoing consultation with regard to DJ related matters, and other professional DJ services The Right Connection has to offer

I understand that TRC's commitment to me is that of displaying my abilities and by having met all of their professional requirements, I hereby agree to be included as a TRC DJ. I understand that The Right Connection sets high DJ standards, and f I fall below their reasonable professional expectations, I might be dismissed with proper notice.

All booking engagements must be approved by The Right Connection. I accept The Right Connection cannot be held liable for any misconduct or other actions by me in relation to my DJ activities. I confirm that any booking interest conducted between me and any third party wishing to hire my professional DJ services without TRC’s knowledge is grounds for immediate dismissal.

In signing this agreement I confirm that all questions have been answered truthfully.

As authors of this agreement, The Right Connection agrees that by entering into this agreement we will not expect any contract fees. If the undersigned DJ becomes a major National DJ, we agree we will not regard any mixes given to us as our copyright. If they become a Nationally known DJ during any period they are signed with The Right Connection, we reserve the right to keep them on The Right Connection index until that period is ended. We reserve the right to delete any DJ name from the register without notice and for any reason deemed by us to be appropriate.

This agreement is a legally binding agreement setting out the status of The Right Connection with reference to DJs featured in the index known as The Right Connection. Should you not be accepted by The Right Connection this application form will be destroyed.
